"The Future Heavies" will be performing for the first time as part of the outdoor family concert series presented by the Haddam-Killingworth Recreation Department. The concert will take place from 7pm to 8:30pm at the Higganum Gazebo.

Bring blankets and chairs and enjoy an evening of live entertainment on the Higganum Green. Fun for the whole family! An ice cream truck will be present.

Sarah LeMieux will be subbing for Alice-Anne Harwood Sherrill on lead vocals.

The Canton Lion´s Club will be selling hotdogs, hamburgers, snacks, and beverages, so be sure to come hungry. Bring blankets, lounge chairs, an appetite, and the whole family for a fun-filled night at the park and enjoy a throwback of '80s pop, dance, and rock music.

The Future Heavies made their New Haven debut at Stella Blues for "Back to the Future" Day on October 21, 2015. That morning, drummer Andy Chatfield appeared on WTNH's "CT Style" during the What's Brewing segment with hosts Teresa Dufour and Ryan Kristafer in costume as Marty McFly (segment starts at 2:10):
