An "all-star band" will be performing Led Zeppelin´s "Physical Graffiti" (1975) album in its entirety at the ninth annual "Wish You Were Here" concert, to benefit the AJR Nocera Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The "all-star band" will include drummer Andy Chatfield, bassist Joe Casillo, lead vocalist Sarah LeMieux, Ron LaRosa on guitar and backup vocals, Russ Waesche on guitar, mandolin, and backup vocals, keyboard player Greg Marshall, Joe Neckbone on harmonica, Jeff Chen on cello, Mitch Mangan on trombone, Julia Cavagnaro-Umphress on French horn, Marianne Vogel and Sara McDonald on violin, and Sam Merrill on trumpet. 

The "Wish You Were Here" events are benefits for the AJR Nocera Memorial Scholarship Fund. Donations can be made directly to the Main Street Foundation in care of the AJR Nocera Memorial Fund. Any support you can provide this cause will be greatly appreciated.

Andy Chatfield will be playing drums with The Future Heavies as the group performs for the first time as part of the Town of Morris summer concert series at the beautiful Morris Town Beach Pavilion on Bantam Lake.

"The Future Heavies" will play from 7pm to 8:30pm featuring the best in new wave, pop, R&B, dance, and rock from the 1980s. Sarah LeMieux will be subbing for vocalist Alice-Anne Harwood Sherrill.

Celebrate the end of the school year and the beginning of summer! There will be delicious food trucks and ice cream. Bring the family and lawn chairs and enjoy live music and great company.

Andy Chatfield will be playing drums with The Future Heavies as the group returns to perform for a second time at The Maple Tree Cafe, which has been a landmark in the beautiful town of Simsbury since 1895. The band will be playing three one hour sets of the best in new wave, pop, R&B, dance, and rock from the 1980s starting at 9pm.

Andy Chatfield will be subbing on drums with the band Unofficial Passenger. The lineup includes Eric DellaVecchia (of Stanley Maxwell) on saxophone and vocals, bassist Mark Crino (of "Stanley Maxwell" and The Future Heavies), and Glen Nelson on keyboard and vocals, plus special guests Jay Foster and Tommy Furdon on guitar, and Shannen Rae Hofheimer on vocals. The band will be playing two sets of music of the Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir, Bruce Hornsby, the Cofer Brothers, Norman Span, and others. Free admission.

The Crown and Hammer is an iconic pub and dining experience located in the center of Collinsville - a vibrant, laid back community in the midst of the Farmington River and Sweetheart Mountain, full of refreshing activities including hiking, biking, walking, kayaking, antiquing, yoga, and art.

Tickets are on sale now. Click here to purchase tickets online: $25 for the general public, $10 for students, and free for kids ages 12 and under. Concert tickets will also be available at the gate starting at 5pm on the day of the event. 

An "all-star band" will be performing The Beatles' "Abbey Road" (1969) in its entirety at the third annual "Blackbird" Benefit Concert for the Stephanie Nelson Memorial Scholarship Fund at Middlesex Community College.

This concert will be held outdoors on the Pavilion Deck at Middlesex Community College.

The second set will feature selections from The Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" (1967) and "White Album" (1968).

Bring a picnic and lawn chairs. There will also be food available from the craft food truck from Hop Häus.

There will also be a reception for alumni of Middlesex Community College. Middlesex alumni can purchase discounted $15 tickets to the event.

In case of rain the event will take place on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 6pm inside Chapman Hall. 

Funds raised will go towards Middlesex Community College students, with a preference given to students with a desire to work as an intern at Wesleyan University in the field of broadcast communications or multimedia.

The "all-star" band will include drummer Andy Chatfield and bassist Mark Crino (of Stanley Maxwell); vocalists Julie Corbalis, Sarah LeMieux, Samantha Hatch, and Shona Kerr; guitarist Ron LaRosa (of The Future Heavies); Jacob Graham on percussion, Catherine Rousseau on clarinet, Nancy Brown on trumpet, Greg Marshall on keys, Jon Stafford on guitar, Peter Standaart on flute, Dana Saccomano and Sarah McNamara on violin, Mitch Mangan on trombone, Chris Devoe on cello, and Eric Brummitt on French horn.

Acoustic DizzyFish will open the evening by performing Beatles tunes from 6pm to 6:45pm.
