New England's #1 '80s Band, "The Future Heavies" will perform for the first time as part of the Cromwell Summer Concert Series at Riverport Park at Frisbee Landings, located at 1 River Road in Cromwell.

"The Future Heavies" will play from 6:30pm to 8pm featuring the best in new wave, pop, R&B, dance, and rock from the 1980s, from Blondie and Madonna to Pat Benatar and Stevie Nicks.

Dress in your best 80s style and join the fun! Pack a picnic, bring a blanket or chairs, sit back, and enjoy the show. Food and ice cream trucks will be on site, with Relish This selling hamburgers and hot dogs, and Blue Chip Creamery selling ice cream.

The rain date for this concert is Thursday, August 25, 2022.

This concert is made possible by the Cromwell Recreation Department. Held in conjunction with the Cromwell Belden Public Library as their summer reading wrap up including face painting and tie-dyed shirts.
